Three things we do well
- Lobster rolls go out with the meat chilled and the bun toasted and wrapped on its own, so neither spoils the other.
- Fried baskets travel in vented boxes; the clams stay crisp for twenty minutes, which is as far as we deliver.
- Chowder goes in a sealed quart at 80 degrees and is still hot when you open it.
