Off the boat, across the dock
The lobster comes from four boats that tie up behind the kitchen. Haddock and scallops arrive from the fish exchange at six. The chowder is quahogs, potato, salt pork and cream, thickened with nothing but the potato.
The wharf, delivered
Lobster rolls travel in a cold box with the bun wrapped on its own. Chowder goes in a sealed quart that stays hot for an hour. Times, fees and the streets we cover are below, live from the kitchen.
