Three things we do well
- Order before nine and the bread is pulled from the shelf for you, not from the back.
- Croissants go in a box with vents, so the layers stay crisp instead of steaming soft.
- Delivery runs from nine to two by cargo bike; cakes travel upright in a cold box.
