Three things we do well
- Chicken goes in the fryer when the driver is assigned, not when the order arrives, so it is still crackling in the bag.
- Sandwiches ride in a vented foil wrap and fries in an open-top carton; the steam gets out and the crust stays.
- Shakes travel in a sealed cup with a dome lid, spun thick enough to survive a 20 minute drive.
