Three things we do well
- Hot drinks are made when you are two minutes away, so the foam is still standing when you get it.
- Delivery cups have double walls and a sealed lid; a latte arrives at 140 degrees after ten minutes on a bike.
- Pastries travel in a separate bag, never in the same box as a hot cup.
