Three things we do well
- Pho broth travels sealed and separate from the noodles. Pour it over at home and it tastes as it does at the counter.
- Stir-fries are cooked last, after everything else in the order is packed, so they leave the wok 30 seconds before the driver does.
- Rice goes in its own lidded box, never under the sauce.
