Overtime Tap opened on Milwaukee Avenue in 2009 the week the Hawks started their run, and the room has not been quiet on a game night since.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We still brine every wing the night before, still make the Buffalo sauce with butter and nothing from a jug, and still argue about which screen gets the Bears.
