Three things we do well
- Chicken goes into the skillet when the driver is on the way, so the crust is still crackling when the box opens.
- Hot chicken rides on its white bread in a vented box, pickles on top, sides sealed in their own cups so nothing soaks.
- Rotisserie birds travel in a foil bag with their pan juices; order one by 10 and it is off the spit for your dinner.
